Lullabies for babies and kids
Six new short lullabies for the end of the day. The tune is soft and slow and the voice reads them gently. Learn one, then sing it yourself.

How a lullaby helps at bedtime
The same order every night
Bath, pyjamas, a story, a lullaby, then lights down. When evenings follow the same order, children know sleep is coming.
Quiet and slow
Sing softer and slower than in the daytime. It does not have to be perfect; calm and familiar is what matters.
The screen before, not in bed
Learn the words and tune here, then sing on your own in the dim bedroom. Screen light does not help sleep.
One lullaby, many times
Children love the same lullaby every night. Familiar words settle them.
More songs
In the daytime, try short action songs and counting rhymes.
